I utilize traditional Reiki practices, energy sensing, and intuitive channeling to provide the healing work that is needed for the client most at the moment, as well as any focal points that which the client can implement to keep the energy body in balance.

Energy Healing
There are four layers in our energy fields; the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers. Whenever we have been through an illness, stress, trauma, or emotional issue, heavy energy can form in the layers of the energy field and cause energy flow to slow down or stop.
Energy can also stop flowing in the seven energy centers (chakras) on the front and back of the body. Energy Healing balances and restores flow to the energy field and chakras.
Healing sessions can balance pain, stress, emotional trauma, and relieve insomnia and anxiety.

Distance Healing
Reiki energy transcends time and space and can be sent or transmitted any where in the world, to anyone at any time. I have been attuned, or empowered as an Usui Reiki Master and am thus able to use the symbol for distance healing. This symbol combined with other Reiki symbols faciliates an energy connection between us.

Guided Meditation Classes
The classes will allow you to unwind your mind and return home relaxed and refreshed.You may feel more energetic, charged, refreshed, content, and deeply connected with a wholeness after meditation. It enhances concentration, attention, and decision-making. Clears thoughts to organize the mind , more patient, and reduce the areas of anxiety, chronic pain, depression, heart disease and high blood pressure.
